HOMOSEXUALITY AND COMMUNIST COUNTRY

At the first phase of socialist govt in Soviet Russia homosexuality was not a subject matter because the communist leaders were not so much worried about this matter. But when Stalin came into power he banned homosexuality. During the Stalin era (1933-1953), Article 121 was added to the criminal code, for the entire Soviet Union, that expressly prohibited homosexuality, with up to five years of hard labor in prison.
Those who are so much vocal in favour of gay rights and claims themselves as communists, please go through Mao Zedong during the time of Cultural Revolution. For further studies they should read thoroughly the related laws in Soviet Russia during the Stalin era.
Most of the communist country does not allow it in their constitution.
